Flash Bracket, how do I avoid the cord from getting on my way?
I have a Nikon D80 with battery grip, and a Nikon SB-800 flash. I just bought a nice bracket from Custom Brackets, I like it a lot, problem is the cord that goes from the camera to the flash keeps getting on my way when i’m holding the lens. Is there any option to go “cordless”?
Why are you holding the lens? You should be holding the flash bracket. Had you asked, I would have suggested the Nikon SK-6 Power Bracket for your flash.
A simple solution is to gather up the extra cord and secure it with a twist-tie to keep it out of your way.
